Rave Hair Extensions does not offer refund or exchanges. Please be sure to check your cart for the correct items before checking out. ​​
SHIPPING POLICY
All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and could take from 3-7 business days. Once items are shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Orders are processed between 1-3 days upon stock availability. Rave Hair Extensions will not be responsible for any items deemed lost once tracking is provided. All items marked delivered with tracking to the address provided & you did not receive, you must take the issue up with USPS. RAVE HAIR EXTENSIONS will not be held responsible for packages lost
